Is AskTzu free to try?

Yes. Every new account starts with 3 free questions — no card required. Membership continues the journey from there.

How much can I consult as a member?

Every plan includes 200 questions a month (the count resets on the 1st at 00:00 UTC), with up to 30 a day so every answer stays sharp. If you use all 200 before the month ends, you can wait for the reset or add A Cup of Tea: a one-time $9.90 for 150 more questions, valid for 30 days. It never renews, it's only offered once your monthly questions are used, and the 30-a-day limit still applies.

What happens when my founding window ends?

Nothing changes for what you've locked in. Any plan bought within your first 7 days keeps founding rates for as long as you stay subscribed — including later plan switches within your rate table. After 7 days, new purchases use standard rates ($15.90/mo, $39.90/quarter, $89.90/yr), locked the same way. One window per account.

Will my price ever go up?

Never. The rate you subscribe at is yours for as long as your subscription stays active — and founding members keep founding rates on every plan.

How do refunds work?

Monthly & quarterly: a full refund within 7 days of any payment. Annual: within 14 days of any payment. A Cup of Tea: a full refund within 14 days if none of its questions have been used. Email us; EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights apply to all plans.

What if I cancel after the refund window?

Cancelling stops all future charges instantly. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Nothing is ever hidden.

Can I switch plans?

You can upgrade any time on this page: monthly to quarterly or annual, or quarterly to annual. Before you confirm, you see the exact amount due today — Paddle credits the unused part of your current plan and charges the rest, and your new billing period starts that day. Your rate table carries over, and your question count for the month does not reset. To move to a shorter plan, email support@asktzu.com.

Who processes my payment?

Paddle.com Market Ltd, a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider. Your card details never touch AskTzu's servers. On your statement the charge appears as PADDLE.NET * ASKTZU.

Founding rates apply to purchases in your first 7 days; after the window, standard rates ($15.90/mo, $39.90/quarter, $89.90/yr).
